These terms apply to the Signalled referral and affiliate program. By participating, you agree to the following.
Eligible referrers earn 10% of the subscription payment amount (USD) each time a referred user completes a qualifying paid subscription payment through the platform. Commissions accrue only on paid tiers, not on free accounts.
Commissions continue for as long as the referred user makes qualifying subscription payments. If the referred user stops paying or their subscription lapses, new commissions stop until they pay again.
Commissions are subject to a hold period before they become available for withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid in USDT to the payout address you provide (TRC-20 or ERC-20). Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Payouts are processed manually and may take several business days.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commission income in your jurisdiction. We may require tax documentation before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds.
We may withhold or reverse commissions and suspend participation for fraud, abuse, or violation of our main Terms and Conditions. We may update or terminate the program at any time.
