You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Signalled provides tools to view, organize, and interact with trading-related signals, source profiles, comments, and related dashboard features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Features, data, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service is for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing on Signalled constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument.

Signals, ratings, comments, and other content may be provided by third parties or other users. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service except as expressly permitted
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or misleading or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation or the source of content you provide

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

If you submit comments, ratings, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate these Terms.

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals, market data, or user-generated content. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rodius is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
